Painting Challenge: mid-June update
/Technically a little early perhaps, but here are the latest entries to this year’s Challenge.
First up we have new participant Bill, whose initial entry includes figures for expanding his 28mm Hundred Years War Midgard armies; two complete 15mm platoons (one British, one American Airborne) for Chain of Command; and a couple of bits of scenery. I especially love the Caribbean distillery:
Keeping on a Midgard theme, Carole has been painting Wargames Atlantic conquistadors for a Fantasy Empire army. Here we have great swordsmen, halbardiers and a couple of units fo sword-and-buckler men.
Time for Mr Helliwell’s usual influx of painted goodness: there’s more medieval types, a handful of Romans, some 15mm Napoleonic cavalry and even a couple of 3D fantasy prints. You can see his gallery (and, indeed, everyone else’s) by using the NavBar, above: there’s plenty more than shown below…
Next up are more WW2 vehicles from Dex: everything he’s painted since his last holiday. There are Kangaroos and a selection of Frenchies: all 3D prints, and all for Chain of Command.
And finally a couple of singleton shots: ACW (or similar) artillery limbers from Stumpy, and German Fallschirmjaeger from Mr Burt:
That’s all for now, but do keep the coming. Believe it or not, we’re almost half way through the year already!
